So many beautiful quiet neighborhoods in Rancho Viejo will be negatively affected by the noise, the stench, the traffic, and the lowering of property values. Put it out on 599 where there are no houses!

Plenty of this stuff in Albuquerque. This is already a challenging intersection, part of many people's commute to/ from work and home. A bunch of truck traffic would not help highway noise or general safety.

I am a Rancho Viejo resident. I cannot see any possible benefits to our neighborhood or community to this proposed truck stop, and much potential harm. There are already increased traffic accidents and there can only be more. The proposed location makes NO sense. There are so many other places along I-25 where a truck stop could be built. that would not impact residential communities.

The World Health Organization has classified gas as a Class 2B: possible human carcinogen along with DDT, Lead and HIV. I think the "possible" was a political term after lobbying by gas industry. There is much research showing that gas from highways has caused 10,000's of children to develop asthma. Do we really need this here, now?

We don't need more night light pollution, noise pollution, air pollution, and traffic congestion on the southside of town and at the beginning of the national scenic highway.

This will create a horrible situation for our quaint area and there will be constant protests from locals if it goes through. People are living in this area to get away from this exact kind of nuance and pollution.

This spot, very close to residences and the entrance to historic Santa Fe, is a very poor choice for truck stop location. If there truly is a need for a large truck stop near Santa Fe, how about the old Budaghers spot?

And please stop the senior center development in Cerrillos too, until regional residents get some clue what it's meant for and how it will affect the rural character along 14.
