for the safety of animals and people make it illegal for general public to buy/ sell fireworks.

for the safety of the general public only organised displays should be allowed, where the organisation hosting the display has undergone the appropriate certifications in pyrotechnic and safety.

For animal welfare no fireworks should be released on any other celebration than November 5th and not within residential property.

If we can muster up 100,000 signatures it will be debated in the house of commons.

Fully support this. The general public are not trained to use fireworks and normal human behaviours mean that they will not always use them safely.

Our cat has been traumatised with fireworks going off every evening since Halloween. Then we were horrified to realise a neighbours dog had been locked outside all evening on the 5th and barked with fear for about 4 hours. Dreadful.

I am signing as fireworks get into the wrongs hands and they are lit to scare animals and sometimes attatched to poor innocent animals. nasty humans thinking it's fun so I agree they should be only sold to events.

My 11 year old daughter who suffers from Autism screamed the house down till half twelve absolutely terrified. Its been the same for the last week and is the same every year.

Organised displays with less excessively loud sounds that shake the planet would be the answer with some of the proceeds going to charities as it's cruel for animals that are both wild, domestic and farm reared

My dog had a wire around hus neck as he tried to hide under a table the he got his leg trapped also trying to hide when kids let a firework off in the street. I am on a main bus route so the person could have been hurt..

Ban the general public from buying them. Only have organised firework display. Our dog suffers so much when they go a week before Bonfire Night a week after, again over the Christmas/New Year period.
