GREAT NEWS! The illegal business is closed and the nuisance tenant was evicted and is in the process of moving out!
After 3 years or vigilance and your support we've been SUCCESSFUL! Thank you all who helped! It's AMAZING what we can accomplish when you stand together.
Best,

I’ve lived behind this house for 8 years. A constant noise, drug activity, and issues getting in and out of the alley because of it got to stop.

It’s annoying that these party goers park in permit parking areas and don’t get ticketed.

YES PLEASE. These people have shown no basic decency or consideration for their neighbors. They have been caught using our dumpster and even continued after being warned not to. Not to mention the occasional super-loud arguments in the alley.

I live on Hayworth and can hear their very loud noise going, whenever they are open w customer and their audience at night! I never knew where it came from. Yes! Thank you; it is WAY TOO LOUD at night, when most all on this block are asleep !!

I am glad to see this. Almost every weekend there are groups of partying people parked on the street next to my bedroom coming from the after hours club. They scream and blare music from their cars after they leave the venue. Usually starts around 3 in the morning. This has been going on for a long time. Thank you for starting this petition.

I live on Hayworth but almost two blocks South, across an alley, a garden, and past an additional row of apartment buildings. And yet this party business regularly disturbs our family and our neighbors. This business needs to comply with strict limits on noise .

I am sorry for your bad experiences during late night hours, but I really think you guys are collectively assuming all loud activity is a result of Frankie’s business or guests - and it’s not the case - I recognize these may be reasonable assumptions based on your previous experiences, but right now you guys have the wrong guy regarding late night partying and noise. He is guilty of using power tools at night in some recent cases and he apologizes and will not repeat this!

I am bringing all of these comments up to Frankie and would hope that someone (anyone??) here might do the same before thanking the city for their attention to a matter that was not even addressed to the business owner first. We did receive a visit from officers who shared that a complaint had been filed about the sidewalk clutter, which we immediately cleared up and we discussed the noise/loud music and agreed not to play music at a volume that would be a nuisance to the community during these evening hours, but I would love to hear specific dates of noise complaints so we can provide gallery camera footage showing that many of you are assuming noises are coming from the gallery or it’s guests when this is simply not the case and we can prove it. And for the times where we have been guilty, please accept apologies and let’s move forward in mutual agreement?
