Stop Fairfax Noise

Okay!! This is difficult to read - this is Summer on behalf of Frankie and we actually both had our cars broken into and windows busted out/side mirrors broken off, etc. prior to that, Frankie had his car broken into with several of his artist/handyman/Locksmith tools stolen.. I have only been here for one year and to be fair, last summer had a lot of activity, but there has been hardly any activity from us or any guests in recent months - Frankie has not been responsible for the noise or activities you describe and if I were you, I would feel a little bit guilty about publicly defaming him when you don’t actually have the facts straight. Furthermore, I’m not sure which psychic network informed you of his upcoming plans and preparations for more rooftop parties, but you should request a refund because is just grinding metal to remove posts on the roof for code compliance and this is almost done. I absolutely empathize and recognize this is horribly loud when in progress and apologize on his behalf for thus disturbance and he will complete this work (which has been officially requested by the city) as quickly as possible and during daylight hours only. I once again sincerely apologize on his behalf and also apologize for my own sarcasm above, but I hope you can also agree that you got a little carried away by n your comment? I know for a fact that your speculation about his intentions and the work that is currently being done is 100% wrong and it’s not okay to fabricate fictitious scenarios that you conjure up and post them publicly about a person or their business, especially in a forum like this where you paint the picture of the lovely neighborhood and nice families being terrorized by Frankie’s activities that you have actually made up and are spreading, illegally I might even suggest? Sorry but let’s work together to accomplish the peace and do the right thing without causing anyone any further unnecessary damage. I want to help diminish the drama for everyone,

Hi Cecelia - this is Summer on behalf of Frankie and this comment is an example of a very fair and valid complaint! I have brought this to his attention several times and will make sure that he pays attention to this moving forward. We have cleared the strand lights and any other clutter and will keep a careful eye on this. Unfortunately, the sidewalk itself is very uneven and a hazard in itself but I’ll make sure the gallery does not contribute any further to that. We really want to do the right thing. Please do let us know directly if anything else like this and we will remedy immediately. My number is 424-335-7278 if anyone wants to contact directly.

Hello Lisa - please site specific dates. I will provide camera feeds to show you the “OUT OF CONTROL” partying ie not happening at the gallery. And I would once again suggest the idea of approaching the business owner (Frankie) versus jumping on a petition where you allude to late night partying at Frankie’s business. My name is Summer and I volunteer at the gallery and I am wanting to take this very seriously and make everyone happy if possible, but your comment is inaccurate which makes the capitalized PLEASE HELP seem a bit dramatic assuming he’s not responsible for the late night partying you refer to? Unless you have been asking Frankie over and over to please stop? Has he been ignoring you or not responding? Or have you even made one request to him?

Nobody is being forced to beg? Have you or anybody else simply asked Frankie to please not do “x” between “x times”? ? Or left a note on the door? Frankie will respond if you give him the chance. And he would most likely go above and beyond what is required by noise ordinance requirements if you asked. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation contained in these comments that in some cases are libel/defamation and simply not cool .

I think a video of behavioral conduct should be forwarded to the police department daily so they can see that it is a constant occurrence.

This guy illegally has parties on the roof of the building he is renting a space from. These parties start around 11pm and go to 3am and are very load. I along with many neighbors have called the police many times. He also runs loud machinery in the middle of the night. Something need to be done to stop this. I have lived in this neighborhood for 20+ years and it is not fair that I have to be woken up in the middle of the night with loud music or noise. Please stop this!

I have complained non-stop regarding wiring...extension cords and others items blocking the sidewalk and at times making it impossible to safely walk on the sidewalk

The late night parties and raves here have been going on for the past 3 years inside this establishment and on the roof with loud booming music, people screaming in the alley and even breaking into fights. Cars and motorcycles revving and honking in the alley and parking lot and car break-ins. Even with windows closed the sound vibrates through all our apartments and homes often til 5am, leaving us with sleepless nights and exhaustion. The police have been called again and again to shut down these parties. Once the police have left, the parties often start right back up again. The police have asked the Frankie, the man who runs these parties, to take down the structure from the roof, which he did, and now he is rebuilding again on the roof and preparing for more upcoming events up there. As residents of this lovely neighborhood who have jobs and children, this is completely exhausting and really disturbing.

I hear him all the way south of Whitworth. The element of people who hang out in front of his Gallery at all hours to tear away people from other well-meaning businesses in the area.
