As a long-time resident of El Dorado Hills and owner of two homes in EDH, I demand transparency and accountability from the EDHCSD.

Accountability is the very least we should expect.

The CSD board members _work _for_ the EDH residents, NOT to abuse us and our best interests. No more abuse by CSD board members!

those of us living in the district should understand where our money is being spent and by whom. we need an advocate for local residents, working on our behalf.

I want total accountability of all funds made public.

I would appreciate more transparence in how our funds are being utilized and who is making the decisions.

Go to the press. If Mr. Cole won't speak to his constituents, he's not being accountable. This is news. Assume the conflict of interest is there and make a lot of noise about it; this may garner a better response from him.

EDHCSD has been making decisions that is not in interested of the EDH residents (i.e. shutting off the landscape water to Oak Ridge Village). More transparency is needed. The mismanagement of public funds needs to stop!
