This petition must be heard Eckerd community alternatives and Judge William R. Webb. They are all covering for each other every move they have made has been very unprofessional that’s why judge Webb got demoted from the criminal bench now he is a family court judge ripping families apart . Every TPR trial in his courtroom the trial attorney loses Webb knows just how to play his sick games with families and there is something going on with ECA and judge Webb and they need to be caught money is being exchanged to adopt parents children out and slam the grandparents as well. There is way to much power going on here ECA and judge Webb have been caught with caseworkers trying to adopt children for themselves and outsiders when in fact ECA and Judge Webb knows family has been fighting tooth and nail for our children’s , children they have family. NO outside adoption necessary we are sick and tried of it. ECA and you judge Webb your to busy taking parents rights away and you double crossed The Hargerty’s they spent all that money to adopt the first born granddaughter if the parents gave up there rights to the grandparents and you totally set them up. The nerve that these silly caseworkers to harass Mrs. Hargerty while she was visiting the baby in the office about, if she wanted to adopt and to say she didn’t answer the questions if they wanted to adopt or not because you and eca had a adoption for that baby and the nerve to throw them out of your courtroom, you know they did want to adopt. Bs to severe there ties with there son its the families GOD GIVING RIGHT to be family do you think the grandparents are stupid they know what to do and how to protect children if the parents haven’t got their act together yet just your ploy Webb. Caseworker Elaine Cole and guardian of litem advocate Vicki Mitvalsky were the ones harassassing her they also need to be fired. I can't believe it they adopted that baby out to someone else you see the set up they need to tear up those adoption papers and give there grandchild back to the Hargertys big article on what they did to the hargertys February 19,2012 Tampa bay times please everyone sign this petition and we need to change this mess that a Pasco county judge and eca is doing to our families and getting away with it .
