No way do we need another fuel outlet in town! Put it in the light industrial area where there is more space and a more appropriate zone!

I do not want to see the petrol station sited in that location. Let's dedicate the space to a building/landscape that is in keeping with the specialty stores/unique vibe that Dunsborough has.

There are plenty of petrol stations in the local area...why do they need more?? Just a cash grab at the expense of a locality!!

I strongly disagree with this proposed development. Being such a divisive issue, the community should be involved in the decision making process. Personally I feel a farmers market stocking local produce and a section of green public space would be a much better use of this land.

I was raised in Dunsborough, then spent my life travelling around the world supporting disability inclusion. Coming home to Dunsborough is always special to me. Every time, even now in my fifties, Since I have known the shopkeepers and locals have fought to keep a holiday feel about Dunsborough. A place where people want to walk around and use bikes. Petrol station seek car traffic and this one will do its best to promote council changes so that can happen. riding bikes in front of petrol stations is dangerous, no matter how clear the sidewalk is. Three stations in what in winter is a residential village. What other changes are occuring to make the council see this as a viable option. Are they also disintegrating the walk about and use your bike around town character Dunsborough wants to keep

3 petrol stations in a town the size of DUNSBOROUGH is ridiculous. Ok we get a huge influx of visitors at holiday times but I would imagine the percentage would fill up in Perth before leaving. This is not a convenience store it is a petrol station first - please don't spoil the town we love.

As a community we do not want this service station in our town centre, everyone that lives here and visits love the fact it's a little costal town. Let's keep it that way and hold onto the Dunsborough we love!!!!

Tourists escape to Dunsborough for its country and relaxed feel. There are plenty of petrol stations nearby, another one especially in the CBD just takes away from Dunsborough's holiday feel.

This development would be as ugly as it is unnecessary. People go to Dunsborough for its quietude and natural beauty - with respect, please don't destroy it.

Seriously! There must be a more resident and visitor friendly business that you could locate in the centre of town, that would still make you money!

Why another fuel station. The others already to busy to handle capacity or is this just a grab for dollars?

Don't do it!

During peak season another petrol outlet would be convenient, not other times, but definitely NOT IN THIS LOCATION. Isn't the aim to get the cars out of Dunn Bay Rd? If there must be another petrol station, plenty of other locals that are better for the Dunsborough CBD and easier access for cars too

For heaven's sake and for the people of dunsborough, no more petrol stations in the middle of town.

This petrol station is completely inconsistent with the ambience and streets cape of Dunsborough. I cannot see the need for a convenience store since Coles is already trading 13 hours a day.

Leave Dunsborough alone! another service station will only serve to decay the image of the town, no-one will want to go there any more.
