As there are already 2 service stations on Dunn Bay Road, there is no need for a third. The run-down BP site could also be closed and a new service station located on the main road or the commercial area, rather than in the centre of the town where traffic already gets congested and pedestrians should be encouraged.

Take it elsewhere

Traffic gridlock ahead for our town. This is madness and must be relocated outside the town centre.

We don't want another service station in town. The greedy people that the locals supported in the early days and made they millions now only care about making more money and don't care about the town. They are a disgrace.

Our little town is so congested at the best of times and this development would make it mayhem. The COB has just spent millions getting the centre of town working better and this would be a backward step.

This town is so beautiful and unique! We don't want it ruined by more shops or especially a petrol station. Wake up!

The town does not need more cars boats trailers & caravans moving around that site . That intersection is already congested with traffic entering & leaving Coles

There are better places for this sort of thing, dunsborough town centre is not the right place for puma! Take the petrol station to the light industrial area where there is more need for it and more space. There should be more local businesses in town not more big business!

Dunsborough is already losing it's holiday town feel and is uncomfortably busy in peak season....an additional petrol station will add to the chaos, and damage the town's appeal.

Town planners please exercise food planning principles to reduce congestion and keep the town pedestrian friendly.

No place for a business that main objective is to sell fuel. The area is proposed is not in the best interests of the town centre.

Why not use either one of the old run down fuel stations sites and redevelope rather than using prime land and adding an unneeded 3rd fuel station.
