Why would you ruin a neighborhood we live in? There’s a school with children RIGHT THERE. And this is a beach area. Why ruin the beach? Ridiculous. Put a nice family hotel or a gym for Christ’s sake. What a disappointing mess.

I grew up in the Rockaways - what a great time and place. It needs to be restored to its former glory before it can possible boy handle any other burdens.
