Shameful that shelter is being put so close to the Scholars Academy in a place where students pass daily to get the bus or buy snacks. Rockaway has more than it's share of vagrants and homeless asking for money and at times following shoppers into stores.

Such a small community with so many projects it effects all our children with drugs and seeing all the bad elements . This is not fair that we have to carry such a huge burden. Giving away for free never worked . Working it’s not a punishment it’s
