Get rid of the bins near the shops, it's embarrassing the amount of crap people dump there. Either that or put up CCTV cameras and prosecute those that dump their crap.

I went the other the night this picture was taken and I noticed things like car doors and other crap there! I went to Maccas drive through and on my way back past the bins someone was already taking the bags of clothes and shoes I only just dropped off!

Thank you to all involved for getting this up & running. Penrith Council should consider offering regular street pickups (say every quarter - similar to what happens in other council areas).

It is unecessary to dump rubbish as there are that many avenues of getting rid of unwanted articles like council pick upd and charity organizations and some of them will pick up aswell the weird part is that people have to put it in their car to dump at the charity bins hope something get done
