It can’t be safe to drive in the same car, even if there are just 2 people, there is no recommended safe distance of 2 meters, the virus can be easily spread and a lot of people will suffer. Instructor might get infected from a student and spread it among other students before the symptoms appear.

Such as exam instructors has been stopped by transport malta, even car, bike, truck instructors should be stopped. If not exams should be continued. If there is no risk for the instructor, there should not be for examiner.
