Instrctor and learner are sitting too near to each other and most of the time the instructor has to hold the steering wheel to prevent from accidents. I dont think this is a sfe safe envirment for both of them with the current situation and its very wasy to spread the virus with family and friends.

Government wants people to stay appx 2mtr between each other so in a car there is no that long between instructor and the students

I find it nonsense that the examiner is found to be in danger of contracting the covid 19 whilst the instructors having to spend all day teaching is not in danger. It’s either everyone or no one. Learning to drive is not a necessity at the moment so why risking

I dont agree that in circumstances like these teenagers keep learning how to drive for 2 main reasons.
1.There is not enough distance between one another in the car were Dr. Gauci advised to stay at least 2m away from one another.
The learner meets multiple people everyday which is more likely to be get infected by the virus from students and give multiple students the virus including family members of students and learner.
2. It is NOT SAFE

It's too dangerous to do a driving lesson at the moment , no protection, not enough distance, too much different people using the same car etc.....
