I just spent the last hour reading through all the stories people are adding about their experiences with these solicitors and honestly it is just exhausting to think about how many of us keep dealing with this same nonsense at our front doors. I have been putting together a packet of these experiences to go drop off at city hall because maybe then they will stop ignoring the fact that we are all tired of the constant interruptions.

Was scammed by Just Energy after they came to my rental home and informed me that, "The city of Lethbridge was changing utilities over to their company."
Vivant and Just Energy are very intrusive going so far as to come into your home univited. Also Vivant asks about and tells you personal home security information about your neighbors.
So tired of being harassed at my door. Some are SO pushy it's almost scary. I know a disabled man that was COMPLETELY taken advantage of. Not ok. This needs to stop!! If we want your service - we will come to you!!
Home should be a place of sanctuary, a break from the hustle and bustle. I am always annoyed but unwelcome interruption of my peace. If I want to buy something, I will seek it out.
Dislike Vivint! They came to my door @8:30pm when my SON was sleeping! The dog barked and baby woke. I had a hard time putting him back to sleep thanks to those A-HOLES!!!!!!
Giving came twice in the same day about 20 mins apart at around 2 pm-3pm

I have had Vivant come to the door way too many times - they won't leave when asked and are rude and obnoxious. Also had Direct Energy be a pain in the rear end.
