By signing this petition, I hereby agree that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) enforce a law on all cell phone manufacturing and carrier companies that states the following. All cell phone cellular data and carrier communication be turned off when the device is moving over approximately 10 miles per hour and is located in the drivers seat of a vehicle. This applies to all cases besides emergencies and applications that use navigation, music, or transportation networking.
