STOP Development in Green Fields in Croyde AONB

As a long term visitor to Woolacombe and Croyde if the devel0pment is approved will detract from the beauty of the area

Please help to save our precious green fields. Once they’re gone they’re gone

This proposal is detrimental to ANOB and the recently approved Neighbourhood Plan! It is not in keeping with the street scene. Wildlife that is there will be destroyed when we are being told to preserve it. This development will not benefit local people who have had more than enough new developments hoisted on them in recent year. Please do not approve this development!

Please stop any more million pound houses being built in beautiful Croyde. There are already too many new builds that spoil the look and the charm of the village and we need the green fields to keep the area beautiful and a place still worth visiting.

Croyde needs affordable housing for local workers not more luxury properties! We have limited resources and space in the village let’s not waste it.

We do not need, nor, want, any more housing in Croyde.' more especially these 'modern' designs. This once lovely village is being consistently being spoiled by these non-characteristic ghastly properties This proposal MUST be stopped.

How will this help local people looking for local houses. It will just be more second homes, pushing our house prices up and young locals out of the area.

Clearly unnecessary development for profit not for people. Croyde already has more than enough of these.

This proposed development is of no use to the local community.

Croyde needs homes suitable and priced for local young families.

This proposal does not meet the housing needs for local residents as identified in the Neighbourhood Plan recently agreed by the local community. It is also outside the Development Boundary set out in the Neighbour Plan and should not therefore be approved.
