Services and infrastructure is saturated along with no homes for locals. Overdevelopment has to stop as we've seen how its killing the village

I totally objected to this development on the ground’s that it is in a area of AONB and outside the village boundary. It ignores the Neighbourhood Plan which was recently voted on with an overwhelming majority in favour of preventing further development on greenfield land. If this plan is to have any meaning then this dreadful development must be stopped.

This cannot go ahead, building on AONB’s, completely dismissing the actually housing needs of the community amongst other things means thus type of development should not even be considered

This does not address the actual housing need in The Georgeham Parish. There is NOT a need for large luxury family homes, there IS a need for smaller affordable homes. The housing stock that is needed should not be built on green field sites in the AONB, which is protected and should remain so! Build houses that the community actually needs in areas of the villlages that do not harm / ruin the AONB!
