So much brown land to use but they insist on green land as it's cheaper. The government should be ashamed to not intervene with these rules.

It’s beautiful land why put more houses when we don’t have the space to in the village. Not only that but the beauty of the village will go:(

This would destroy the green fields of croyde for the only purpose of lining the pockets of developers. Croyde does not need large houses. It needs to protect green fields and address housing for local people that is affordable.

The infrastructure is not sufficient to support more additional second homes for the super wealthy elite. There are already plenty of choices of accommodation to support tourism. Further Development will only detract from the charm of Croyde and its surroundings.
