These will create light pollution in an AONB and do not help with the shortages of affordable housing for locals. They set a dangerous precedent for slowly eating up the green fields of Croyde and over developing a unique area putting more pressure on limited resources.

I’d prefer it to stay as is or make more affordable housing which would benefit the community more, I love heading to Devon to escape the busty city life and enjoy my surf trips to green Devon.

This is happening to too many coastal locations. Keep Croyde beautiful for future generations, only affordable housing for locals in the parish or keep as green spaces. Please, no over development for the rich, it forces local people to move out of the area.
