Leave the area as it is. No need to fill the area with overpriced houses that only the rich can afford and then make more. Money on. Croyde like many other villages should remain a village and the greedy people should build on overpriced brown field land first before destroying AONB!!!

Devon and Cornwall need affordable housing for low income LOCALS. We also need to protect our green space. If you won't commit to either or both of those things, don't build.

Future development in Croyde needs to include genuinely affordable housing with a local tie. It’s that simple. It’s a village, where people live, it’s not a holiday resort- which is what it’s rapidly turning into.

Croyde does not need 5 massive houses that the locals cannot afford to purchase. Pricing locals out will make it a grockle town and it will loose it's charm and become another Rock or Sandbanks!!

How does this benefit anybody local. I live in Cornwall and it’s fast loosing its identity from the place we all used to know due to developments like this!! Help the locals not the tourists before there’s nothing left…

This is obviously a very stupid place to build any houses given climate change and how near to sea level it is, and even more stupid to build mega-bling houses that will lie empty at least 10 months of the year - if the rich people who own them ever visit at all. Doesn't AONB mean anything at all these days? This is all about rich developers getting even richer and won't do local people - or even normal holidaymakers - any good at all.
