Undeveloped land along Alii Dr. is more appropriate as open space and a part of Kona's open space network. With global warming we can't afford to continue building on the makai side of Alii Drive.

Nothing should be built near the ocean anywhere. It doesn't matter if the coast is a cliff or rocky, or sandy. Sea level is rising at an exponential rate. Draw the line here and now.

We do not have the infrastructure in place to support more housing developments in this area. Should a mass evacuation occur, the traffic alone would be a nightmare.
