I love and have rescued and donated over $2000 to rescue abused and neglected animals. The commercials do the same to people, adults, teens and children at the worst time ever during the virus. I think it is very, very hurtful.

I see joinASPCA.org commercials every day and it sickens me during these hard times of COVID-19 infections. I cannot take it with the deceit in playing with people’s emotions by showing horrible scenes to get you to spend money for this phony company.

No channel is safe. Life is hard enough and my PTSD is hard enough without being triggered by reminders of past trauma.
I will never support the aspca as long as this is their way to advertise

My dog is a rescue and shes training to be a service dog for my PTSD, this commercial is the worst thing in the world for her. Nobody likes this commercial. Make this petition viral!

Yeesh, even as a child I had to turn these commercials off because - What do they do? Sit there and record these hurt, suffering animals, before taking 'em to a glorified kill shelter...Does ASPCA think people won't look into how they actually use their donations, especially when a good chunk of it is probably spent on constantly running these commercials?

STOP these commercials. People are sad enough with the Coronvirus and the deaths it has caused. Watching those poor animals just breaks my heart. I have to change the channel.

Your organization destroys any peace people strive to have these days. On top of that, I've asked them for help n gave always been turned down. They don't help w abandoned animals. You are a cruel organization n i wouldn't donate to you if I had millions. I do not believe you even resye animals at all. I will never be able to enjoy Silent Night again.

These graphic images of abuse and neglect should be banned from television. As an adult I find these images extremely disturbing. One can only imagine what sort of permanent psychological impact such commercials may have on children and young adults. Additionally it is disturbing an organization such as the aspca would stoop to these measures.
