No need for CVS. WE have Rite Aid and Albertsons on that corner. Just buy the Rite Aid.

That small stretch of State street is already quite congested. I'll be boycotting all CVS stores and actively campaigning against local officials that aren't strongly opposed.

We do not need another pharmacy. CVS is so over priced that it's laughable.

Let’s not obliterate the charm of that block as well as take business from a small locally owned pharmacy up the block. We have Rite Aid and Albertsons as pharmacy alternatives. Just not needed.

The proposed CVS development is completely out of keeping with the neighborhood. I am especially disappointed that the development would destroy historic homes and buildings for the sake of a huge parking lot. Besides does the neighborhood really need another pharmacy? There is already within blocks of this proposed store Rite Aid, Albertsons and Customedica pharmacies. It is ridiculous to think another pharmacy, especially one of this size, is necessary. Stop CVS!

Tearing down current buildings for a strip mall set-up is not the way we want Boise to go. If CVS would like to renovate the Arcade building instead, I would support this.

I do not feel this building is appropriate for the proposed area. The City should not grant the conditional-sue permits to allow construction.

Enough pharmacies in the area to serve the people who need them. Removing housing is not the answer. Take over an existing commercial space some where else.

Stop approving every single development proposed. I'm still waiting for promises made by the City when the Highlands Cove Development was approved.

There are already 2 drug stores at that block. This would reduce already limited housing near downtown. A cvs and parking lot would hurt the quiet neighborhood feel that we currently enjoy. I live one house away from the proposed site.

I think CVS should find another location. The area at/between 17th and State is the end of a residential area, has limited space and there are already three pharmacies within a few blocks. I just don't see the need and don't support it.

I am against the construction of a CVS on the corner of State and 15th. We already have a Rite-Aid, Sav-On, and Custom Medica in close proximity. There is no need for another pharmacy in our area -the presents of such a large construction project and business is not to the benefit of the community. Additionally, the proposed CVS, as describe in their construction plan, would take away available and high desirable housing to our neighborhood.
The cost:benifits ratio does not add up for our community.
This project will just make the area more commercialized and less desirable.
My Vote is NO!

I deplore the demolition of historic homes. The idea of leaving just one is a knife to the heart. Can't we do with less parking. Or how about buying the Rite Aid building . There are so many things that seem wrong with this proposal.

Why is this project being considered? We have two pharmacies on that corner and there is never a line. Both businesses offer many other shopping options.
It is incomprehensible to level historic, valuable properties for a parking lot in Boise's north end neighborhood especially for a business that is not in any way needed! Please consider businesses that contribute to our historic north end in between our neighborhood and the west end which is another neighborhood that embraces local, non-invasive businesses. Please do not let State Street become a border for the historic north end. The City of Boise will benefit from facilitating the merging of the north end, north end west and west end neighborhoods. These neighborhoods will flourish with small, local businesses if they are walk-able, bike-able neighborhoods. Razing historic homes for a paved parking lot is utterly ridiculous. Please help us work toward more pedestrian, bike friendly progressive urban development.

Boise needs affordable, downtown housing far more than it needs to add a third pharmacy to the corner of 16th and State St. Allowing CVS to build here would require them to demolish several, affordable apartments, thus displacing residents who depend on affordable housing close to downtown.
Boise has enough pharmacies, and there are two in immediate, visual proximity to the one CVS is proposing. Our community is far better served by denying this proposal, and maintaining the affordable housing that would be lost if the CVS proposal were approved.

I firmly oppose an additional drugstore added to the block, and am very against the prospect of area buildings and HOUSES being torn down. If CVS wants to try to push Rite Aid out so they can move in, let them have at it, otherwise NO to CVS!!

As a cyclist and motorist, I fear the proposed CVS on State Street will increase congestion and reduce safty for all those who commute around this area. I also feel the demand for a CVS at this location is very low as there are several pharmacies within a block or so.
