WHY on earth do we need three pharmacies in a one-block radius? Move it closer to downtown where a drug store would be a welcome addition to those if us who don’t drive. Also the design is ugly. Boise is starting to lose all its charm with these boxy, strip malls.

Saying no to more box stores in our historical neighborhood! We have 3 pharmacies within 2 blocks of one another, CVS would make a 4th...this is NOT NEEDED!

I am a proponent of sustainable business growth, including integrating into neighborhoods with a sensitivity to improving the local quality of life. I think the CVS project as currently proposed fails to meet that standard.

City of Boise PZ: our neighborhood does not need or want an new pharmacy. The existing small businesses and residential houses add much to area and provide much more than CVS could/would provide, which, in my opinion, is traffic. What if CVS doesn't meet sales goals and they abandon the building? Then, we are left with a vacant bldg and parking lot, much like the Walgreens on W State Street. Too much risk and not enough ROI.

The last big drug store in this area was a very poor fit.

4 pharmacies in 5 blocks on the same street? Good luck with that! I'll give you 6 months before you close shop. I live 3 blocks away from your proposed location. Your pharmacy would be the closest to me, but I will never spend a dime in your store. People in boise value familiarity and reasson. Your proposed location is neither. Move in before you waste the time, money and resources building a venture doomed to fail.

Too many pharmacies, in this location. Destroys homes for parking. Seems the only purpose is to try to force the competition out. Bad for Boise.

We don't need this kind of business model here in Boise

CVS, try a different model in Boise’s most historic neighborhood — adaptive re-use of existing pharmacy buildings in the same vicinity where you propose to damage an existing, established neighborhood by displacing residents, other commercial tenants, and historic homes. The CVS proposal is the wrong prescription for Boise!

I will not give my business to CVS anymore. Take your corporate greed somewhere else!

Please keep Boise's character, it's charming and this store doesn't fit in!
