With pharmacies in the immediate area, and another pkanned CVS close enough at Cole, why barge in and overwhelm the 16th/State area? Big fat cat company just doing whatever they want.... sad ...

Poor location choice that requires removal of four historic-eligible buildings, including over 20 apartment units in an area that needs housing, not surface parking.

It is unnecessary considering how many pharmacies are in the area and I would prefer Boise to maintain a look that is authentic - the exact opposite of what a boxy neon lit CVS store would bring. Not to mention I would have to drive past that ugly thing every day

Stop CVS so I don't have to walk with signs in front of everything they do (and I will!)

A CVS at this location is not only unnecessary, but also unwanted and not in the spirit of the community.

We have a Rite Aid and Albertson pharmacy within 2 blocks of the proposed CVS site. We do not need, nor want another large building put in that brings with it parking struggles and traffic!

There are plenty of pharmacies in area. No need for big ugly box store on edge of historic district

not needed! would create an unattractive, unwanted, strip-mall atmosphere! Let's keep Boise's charm vs endless commercial properties.

No big boxy chain stores on an already congested street!! No tearing down bungalows to make room for parking lots and dumpsters!

As the city grows it’s vital that we keep our neighborhoods’ character—not creating one strip mall and chain store after another.

Not only would a block-sized box business be unsightly, it would destroy homes and buildings that contribute to the historical character of Boise's North End. Boise already has THREE pharmacies within a five block radius... Allowing another pharmacy smacks of irresponsible development and is a slap in the face to the three established pharmacies. If Joe Albertson were alive today, he would surely storm City Hall in protest He and his historical contribution deserve more respect!

Please STOP CVS from building on 16th and State in Boise, ID - we do not want them in our town, especially downtown!

This development is completely out of keeping with this neighborhood and should be denied. The development is more appropriate in a suburban retail area, certainly not in a small residential area near downtown Boise. Besides, there are already three pharmacies within blocks of this proposed development. It is not needed.
don't build!
