Two pharmacies nearby are plenty. Nor do we need a parking lot for 100 cars. Keep the area residential. Keep CVS out!

The neighborhood does not need this with the local Rite Aid and Albertson’s. Please don’t allow it.

There are already two pharmacies within a block of this location. Why build another one?
CVS’ plan would ruin the block behind it, and probably the block across Jefferson.

We are not in need of another corporate pharmacy in this area. More congestion and less harmony is what this means. CVS is a big player in the world of big pharma! local is what we need for our city to work through the opiod epidemic that has been swept under the rug in Boise.

No tear downs of historic structures and houses for giant ugly chain stores. We already have 3 pharmacies in the area and I think it's beyond rude to consider that location in the first place. I won't ever shop there if this goes through.

Stop destroying the historic north end by putting up modern buildings in their place! There’s literally a pharmacy two doors down from this location, and one across the street in the grocery store, and one three blocks in the other direction.

We don't need another pharmacy in this area! Rite Aid is next door, Albertson's has on across the street and there is another one a few blocks west. Leave the historic buildings or at least put something useful here if it is to be redeveloped! This is not smart, sustainable developement!!!

I am against having CVS build this pharmacy. Besides the fact that there are already 3 pharmacies with in 3-4 blocks of each other, another large pharmacy, built at the expense of historic homes and buildings, is something not needed in this area.

CVS needs to rethink location; one that does NOT include tearing down beautiful, historical homes. Chinden Blvd. Glenwood. Franklin/Orchard. 15th/Idaho. Southeast Boise.

I can say i'm a NIMBY about bad car-based development in an urban area.
Don't shoehorn suburbia into downtown!!!!!
If retail is going to go in, it needs to be compact, urban, human-scale, mixed use development. The 23 apartments need to be replaced with at least 23 housing units. And surface, asphalt parking as frontage is the ugliest and most human-unfriendly and unsafe method of parking.

Unnecessary - does not fill a need for the neighborhood / community.
