The Northend does not need a massive unsightly CVS on State & 16th. I strongly oppose this proposed facility. We have three other pharmacies in close proximity and certainly don’t need another. If you want to build something in this area, make it an organic grocery store and not one in which Amazon has taken over.

If CVS wants to have presence in Boise, then why not buy out the Rite Aid and renovate the existing store and lot. Another drugstore on State St. is unnecessary.

We have sufficient pharmacies in the area. I cannot believe there is even consideration of building another. As a resident, I do not see a need.

Already too many pharmacies right around there. Fairview or Chinden would be more appropriate.

It would be a disservice to the neighborhood and area. Three pharmacies exist within a block already. Where is the thought process from city leaders to match the vision and needs from the people they represent?

Other cities have done a good job of balancing development and historical personality by interpreting businesses into existing structures, etc. What makes Boise special is its character. Don't want to see it look like Everywhere Else USA.

There is adequate access already to this type of retail! It is not needed and is surely intended to push out existing business. The size of this proposed development is wildly inappropriate for this neighborhood. It is easy to tear down the historic, much harder to preserve it. But, I believe that's what this neighborhood IS ABOUT. We respect the history here, we respect our neighbors who value a lovely, quiet and beautiful place to live!

We do not need 4 pharmacies within a mile of each other. The scale of this proposed building is far too large for the area and doesn’t fit the culture of a historic neighborhood. It also removes some much-needs affordable housing. There are many places west on State Street that could accommodate such a huge building if needed.

There is already a great drug store that doesn't get enough business a block from the proposed site, why put another drug store right next to it? Please do not destroy the very cool Arcade Building to build a CVS.
