We already have several pharmacies at this location and we don't need another ugly store and parking lot.

Stop this type of development. Look at the walgreens at horseshoe bend rd intersect, didn’t last because not needed.

Please do not tear down houses and the Arcade building for any reason, especially to add a large eyesore that does not provide a needed service, but duplicates a service already in three places within a quarter mile.

I can not think of a single good reason to destroy perfectly good houses to build another drugstore in that area. Two is more than enough.

There is no need for another pharmacy in this location. Please consider a location further down State St, closer to 36th.

We already have a fantastic drug store in the same location. There is NO need for a second similar business. The traffic is already horrible. I almost get hit on my bike (following the laws) by an non-attentive vehicle driver every time I try to cross State Street in this area. The CVS pharmacy will just make the traffic flow much much worse. You should check out the 911 calls to this area because they are very common now. Safety should be first, sell out of a neighborhood should be dead last.

I am opposed to allowing a variance to build a CVS drugstore. Thank you for not destroying housing to make room for a parking lot and a 3rd drugstore in a 2 block area.

I am not opposed to having a CVS store in Boise, however, the site design for one at 1625 W. State Street detracts from the historic value of Boise as a whole. It is wrong to demolish historic buildings in order to build a surface parking lot--what a waste that would be.

Not needed and an undue burden on the area. The destruction of affordable housing, offices of nonprofits and the historic Arcade building is also unacceptable. Thanks!
