Surely something more interesting could be at that spot than another pharmacy.

The variance is going against the
Codes and should not be allowed.
The parking lot at Rite Aid is never more than half full. I drive by there everyday multiple times. If a conditional use permit is granted along with other current codes being violated thru these procedures: the North End district lose of houses is not needed.
The Boise comprehensive plan is being altered again for a Big Box and asphalt.
Please keep us informed of this unsightly development.

CVS can find a different spot that will not have this large of an impact on other older buildings around us. History makes us who we are.

I do not want more chains in the area. It doesn't make sense to have another pharmacy. We need more local businesses, not more chains.

As a lifetime Boise resident this whole idea rings of what happened earlier in Boise when the "the powers to be" thought tearing down our beautiful city hall was.....what.....progress? So many beautiful historical buildings were destroyed ......why? Bottom line ......and we all know this.....MONEY Don't tell me the company who wants to build this unnecessary O'Hara Macy isn't doing quite a bit of snoozing and dining the Powers to Be.... in the name of PROGRESS! This has got to stop!

There’s already a Rite Aid nearby. This is superfluous.

Stop the big chains!! We don’t need another big box type store downtown- it changes the feel and only enriches the corporations! How about more Mom and pop stores?

We don't need to be losing historic houses. And we certainly don't need 4 pharmacies in 4 blocks!

A CVS in the West End would be more appropriate. We don't need another pharmacy near 16th and State as there are already three nearby. We especially don't need houses and the Arcade building knocked down to build a pharmacy.

Please, please, old Boise is vanishing at an incredible pace. We are losing that which makes cities quaint and livable. Another Pharmacy???No, No, No....
