There are aleady two Pharmacies within one block of the proposed new pharmacy and another pharmacy 4 blocks away, all on State St. We do not need a large expanded pharmacy in this already very congested part of Boise.

This pharmacy needs to be somewhere else. Maybe where the grocery store on Eagle Road which is leaving the area. Not in a close neighborhood like this one which already has at least one pharmacy.

Stop tearing down old buildings to put in generic crap. Little by little Boiise loses its character and starts to look and feel like every other city with the same franchise stores. These old buildings MATTER. They are part of our history and what makes our city different from every other city.

I like downtown's growth, but it needs to be contained, no spreading into historic neighborhoods!

At some point our elected officials must be held accountable. The mayor and members of the current council ran on a platform of "making Boise America's most livable city". Yet they use disingenuous excuses to vote for developments which are directly contrary to that goal as it impacts things such as traffic in the North End and its foothills neighbors. I hope this will not be yet another example of putting potential tax revenue ahead of the safety and enjoyment of existing neighborhoods.

Please do not approve their plan. We already have a pharmacy at 15th & State. No need for another one a block away. Approve and build something we need, like affordable housing.

We do not need a supersized CVS in this location. There is already a Rite Aid there and Savon pharmacy inside of the Albertson’s. Tearing down historic houses to make way for parking lots not a good idea. That is not the Boise I want to live in. Thank you!

There's already 2 other pharmacies within the same corner, this would make 3 of 4 corners with a pharmacy. Development should meet UNmet needs. CVS wants to enter an already crowded market and pave more real estate where we need more trees to cool, shade, provide visual interest and pedestrian safety.

Completely unnecessary sprawl. Neither of those pharmacies are even close to being too busy and there's already a huge Rite Aid. Surely if you want to tap the Boise market, there is a better location for you to do so...

We do not need another big store, drug or otherwise in our lovely neighborhood. Many folks get their prescriptions via mail these days and we definitely do not need shampoo, toilet paper stores . Save our trees and our neighborhood. NO CVS on 16th street or anywhere in Boise.
PLEASE!!!
