Does not make sense to permit construction on riverbanks or floodplains only to see insurance claims down the road I wake of weirder and weirder weather.

Do not build on our EPA protected land. The Charles River is enjoyed by all in this community and many others as well. So few areas for our wildlife to call refuge - keep it unspoiled. Shame on unscrupulous developers for trying to ruin the character of a protected area for a quick buck.

Please do not spoil this precious and beautiful area. This is seemingly the last perfect space left in town. Do not ruin this for the sake of money and growth. We are big enough, crowded enough and this is no longer recognizable as the town that so many of us have grown up in. Thank you for your consideration.

So few natural landmarks left, developing on the banks of the Charles would be criminal.

The only reason I ever go back to my hometown is to visit the banks of the Charles River. South Natick Square has , despite a few small changes, managed to maintain its dignity despite cheap and ostentatious development in its surrounds. Thank you to the horticultural society and the South Natick land owners who value history and nature over mindless consumerism.

I'd like to see the river areas left alone. Citizens for responsible development!

What a shame to build on such beautiful old land untouched by builders in hundreds of years...please re think I grew up across the river and crossed the red bridge as a young child to go to memorial school. Don't let greed ruin beauty. Thank you
