I opt out my child for this year field test and he was told to do it against my will, the way this things are been pushed disregard parents rights and this is just the beginning, I don't want to see what will happened if Idaho accept Common Core.

practice testing really? and those who will be held accountable next year to graduate HS wont be allowed that practice?? Get Idaho off the bandwagon.

Several of my students' parents signed an opt out document. They were told there is no opt out option in Idaho. They were told to keep their children home the day of the SBAC test. They were legally required to take the test if present.

My husband and I are opposed to the Common Core Curriculum and feel it is not the best way to teach our grandchildren. There are no books for parents or grandparents to pour over and know what the children are being taught or for the children to study before testing, I find this totally inadequate and my grandchildren are stressed out to the maximum ! There is no need for this kind of stress in schools, my eldest grandson suffers from Migraines and this type of stress does not help him ! My grand children will not be pidgen holed in any one direction. I expect them to be taught ,not indoctrinated !

Morality has nothing to do with stupid overcomplicated math solving curriculum. If you insist on criticizing something, please leave the morality to God, not discussions of a practical measure and education our children outside of a "Madras".

My boys, who just came from the Basis schools in Chandler AZ, were shocked at common core's math solving stupidity...They yearn for Saxon math again!
