Coffee County Jail in Manchester Tennessee is a state funded jail but they dont give inmates any state privileges. They are making entire jail a max lockdown facility without giving inmates any outside time. They are not letting nurses give meds ...no razors etc. The animals in the dog pound receive better treatment than the inmates in this facility. No one has been reclassified and it seems like Coffee County can do whatever they like. The purpose of this petition is to launch an investigation into the treatment of inmates at this facility.
