This is a lovely place to walk/run and look for nature. It would spoil our village.

Stop taking away the village

Please don't turn Coates Drove into Isleham's Northern Bypass

Having seen the proposals - I lodged my objections to ECDC just in time for the deadline. My views were made clear to them and have just received written confirmation from the officer involved. Happy to sign this petition as far too many people were unaware of proposal until it was too late.

It's about time residents were listened to & given priority over greedy land owners & developers!

Please do not urbanise further a rural area. The drove is an irreplaceable green infrastructure and resource.

We chose to live in Isleham 12 years ago loving the small village community with access to unspoilt nature on our doorstep. Coates Drove is our regular dog walk where we can let our dog off lead and not worry about traffic for her or our children. It is also home to local wildlife. The proposed access road will destroy natural habitats for hedgehogs and bats and take away the rich food source local wildlife rely on. This is another proposed development that will have a detrimental effect to the local community.

Less n less places for leisure walk for children,dogs or just walkers, but more n more houses.!!!

Sadly v few local people we’re aware of the plans for Coates Drove so we’re unable to object before the official closing date.

Coates Drove is a safe family walk with no danger of cars zooming past. With more than 2,000 vehicles pasting through our small village daily - we NEED to have safe place we can walk/ride/run with our family and pets. This building development should not be allowed access from Coates Drove. And our the houses proposed really what our village needs? Our they affordable to first time buyers?

Disgusting attitude of ECDC to kill wildlife and nature for greed. There is more to Isleham than your tax collection. How dare you try sneak this past people and behave as you above the law.

I used to play as a child in Coates Drove and would like to see the area preserved for the good of all not the profit of a few.

The new developments in this area are not contributing to this village and its population. The development companies need to find ways to work within the framework of the existing infrastructure and natural habitats, not destroy the area for the sake of fiscal savings and profit.

Please please don't make this into a road!!!!

No need for more big housers in our villege....

I use this drove twice daily to walk my dog. I see hares, deer, birds and other wildlife. In a busy world it’s a welcome relief being so close to nature. Please do not allow building on this site with access from the drove.
