It would be absolutely ridiculous to approve this project when the traffic situation in that area is already absolutely dangerous. I have had a law office in Market Square Shopping Center since 2005 and travel that area several times a day and have seen the situation get to the point of being absolutely horrific.

It will be years before the Powhite is extended to relieve the pressure on the 360/288 interchange. The proposed development will add more stress to the current congestion.

There is already so much potential for traffic problems with the projects already approved and under construction on Genito Road

Terrible idea that is bad for the community. If I wanted to live in Northern VA, I would already be there.

The over development of the county is out of control Simply put, wat the developers want the developer get with out concern for current residence, infrastructure, public safety, schools, and future effect on property values.

Please do not approve this project. Any green space in Chesterfield seems to be the next target for yet another apartment/townhome project. One of the things we love about Chesterfield is all the green space mixed in with existing buildings and businesses, please keep that aesthetic. When considering new housing construction, let’s aim for places that aren’t already extremely congested and can’t support even more traffic. Thank you.

The "improvements" proposed to Old Hundred Road that go along with this project will only increase traffic problems. Also, I'd have to drive 5 miles to get to market square when I live 0.5 mi from it? The proposed changes do not take current Brandermill Residents into consideration AT ALL.

We count on our elected officials to make decisions that are in the best interest of current residents. This project is not in our best interest.

This development will negatively affect the local area and is not needed. There are enough condos and soccer fields; more are not needed. It will also overcrowd further the overcrowded schools and highways.

Old Hundred Road, as stated in this petition, cannot handle any additional traffic. Request the BOS vote NO to this rezoning request.

There is way too much building and congestion in this area. I cannot even imagine how horribly the traffic conditions will be if this project goes through and is approved.

The Old Hundred, 288 and Hull Street Rd. intersection has the most auto accidents in the County already. That includes the cross-over from Millridge to Market Square.
Adding more buildings to that area will only make driving anywhere in that area worse.
Plus, with the construction of the entertainment area at the intersection of Genito and 288, that will only add to the mess.
The completion of the Powhite Pkwy. to Hull Street Rd. is the only construction that might help that situation.

There have been significant changes to the Brandermiil community over the years. Traffic in this region has increased considerably over the 30 years that I have lived here and this new project will make it exponentially worse. Homes & property value will adversely impact owners in this community. It is time to discontinue these projects that do not improve our community and way of living. Please note my request that Chesterfield County not approve the new development.

We are being surrounded by these types of developments, enough is enough, there is enough congestion at the intersection now, and the fact that you cannot access Market Square with addition will create more havoc, adding a traffic signal might be needed in the long without this development but the county has gone to far allowing the massive townhouses being constructed all around Brandermill, it will definitely hurt property values.

Please stop this project to prevent further density and traffic issues at 360 and Old Hundred. Thank you.
