Please don't shut this carpark the one at the new airport is too small and expensive if you are popping into La Linea for a couple of hours. Why are you getting rid of so much parking in Gibraltar?

Please Please I urge the government to please reconsider this descicion it is very inconveniant to walk the runway with three small children on a daliy basis in all kinds of weather please please reconsider

I would not be able to go from the multi storey to the frontier in mid winter or height of summer, and neither would any of our senior citizens.

What about the people that run the car park and the hire cars that are picked up at the car park - I have never used it as we are fortunate to have friends willing to drop us off and pick us up if flying from Gib but the land grab by the Government should have been discussed in public - funny how they can make a decision of a piece of land that is obviously worth a lot of money yet never venture a few hundred yards to the border to ask how people are coping with queues etc

The border situation is bad enough as it is without this adding to it! If there were no queues, we would drive into Spain and use the car parks on the other side of the border !!! I know there is a car park on the other end of the runway but it's a b**ch to cross, especially when you have young kids.

If the car park is used to capacity on a daily basis it should remain as is. Unless Govt. can provide an alternative place in near proximity.

I have my cars parked there as I work for THE ONLY car hire company in Gibraltar. Closing this car park will only encourage my clients to go to Spain for their hire cars, this means less business for me and maybe closure. Does this make sense??? Why not wait until if plans are to go ahead is to knock down the old airport and build a new one. Then yes close it down. Can you imagine Mr Brown and his wife with two small children pusing a buggy and two large suitcases across and windy and wet runway, very amusing indeed.
Come on guys think about the visitors to Gibraltar that do not need to go through this just for extra votes. As for the friendly staff at the car park this would be a great shame to loose. Wake up and listen to your people DO NOT CLOSE THIS CAR PARk

There is no parking in this area, especially for mopeds if you want to park and go over the border quickly. Parking in that area is essential.

I have a shop at the airport and this is the only car park that we can use!
