CVS CAREMARK uses unfair tactics to drive the little guys out of business. By using MAC prices that are below acquisition, exclusive network structures, and direct and indirect remuneration (DIR) fees, CVS CAREMARK gives a big competitive advantage to the big chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens, and steals money from the independent pharmacies with each dispensing. Lets join together to tell CVS CAREMARK to stop bullying the little guys.
