Building on farming land will not be a sustainable future. It is a short term quick financial gain for a few depriving many of proper infrastructure to cope with health, educational, road traffic and major ground water and flooding issues. I believe there are much more environmentally , long term economicaly, options to removing out farming ground and tradition and option of food.

As District a Commissioner of Bognor Scours I don't want to see a fantastic scout group with years of history destroyed- they are a vital part of the community and losing their grounds would be terrible

The inter-structure of this lovely village cannot cope with more people. The roads cannot cope during the summer as it is, there is one GP practice which is overloaded with patients.

Scouts is an invaluable organisation that has helped so many. If they loose their hut it will be a big hit to the community!
Even as recently as this 2 week's ago they got together to take food and drink to the firefighters tackling the Sesley Academy, surely they should be supported now.

I live very near this stunning area. Please support this so we preserve open spaces for my kids and yours plus ensure we can contribute to UK food requirements. We should not have to import all our food needs.

Its wrong to building in this place. The impact it will have on the environment there and the local people's lives is terrible.

Stop destroying our ecologically important countryside . Turn your attention to inner city dereliction and suburban neglect instead and make REAL affordable housing with what is already in existence.

Our roads are not capable of double or treble the capacity of cars and other vehicles that would use Rose Green Road and Pagham Rd.

Can the village amenities and roads honestly cope with more housing. Imagine the disruption it would cause with even more lorries for the building of more homes. The road struggles if any incident happens at the moment?

NO NO NO! No more housing estates in Pagham - we want to keep the 'village' status, we will be more like a town if these 100's of houses go ahead. We do not have the infrastructure, we do not want more traffic, we do not want more people.

We need to improve the town before we start growing it. The seafront is a disgrace and building new houses will only damage the already over trafficked roads.

Let's look at it the other way for a change.
Too few houses? NO - TOO MANY PEOPLE!!!!!
Restrict immigration to those who we need to fill specific jobs and deport undesirable criminals
