We do not have the roads or infrastructure and the farmland is good

It is sheer madness to build on farmland that is badly needed now as well as for the future. There is a great need for the upgrade of all infrastructures now, and more building will make it completely unsustainable. We have a right to a quality of life and that is being eroded by GREED. There is no other reason for it.

The powers that be, should listen to the song by Jon Mitchell - Big Yellow Taxi. I think they will find it relevant!

We cannot keep concreting over our prime agricultural land. We have voted Brexit and when this materializes, we will need to return to more self sufficiency for our food products. We have lost too much farmland already.

Enough is enough! This is killing our countryside. The area is already over populated. Drs, Schools and hospital can't cope with the current demand without adding to the problem. It's ok for the developers they don't live here and will not have to deal with the chaos they create. Once built, they will take their money and run. Keep away!

There are so many new houses being built we won't have any fields soon

The roads in this particular area cannot take more traffic. Then there are schools, full to capacity, Doctors Surgery cannot take more patients. Why oh spoil such a beautiful area, when there are still many unsold new builds in the Bognor Regis area. It cannot be allowed to go AHEAD>

Building on farm land is completely ludicrous...how will we feed everyone. Fields in this area produce food all year round, year on year for human consumption? Stop it now...we don't need any more houses in this district! Not enough jobs, infrastructure, health or educational facilities to cope with thousands of new people! Crazy!

We have fought so hard to stop this but it seems money talks and democracy is dead - please, please listen to the people - once it's gone we can never get it back.

Please stop building on Sussex farm land as it's not right to evict the loverly sheep/animals and national wildlife. How would you like being turfed out of your natural habitat? It goes both ways.

The local GP's surgery cannot cope with present local population. The planned development is on a Flood Plain & the pumping station cannot deal with current demands The list could go on & on.
