Nobody takes into account that we are building more and more on historical flood plains. Where is the water supposed to go to? Also the infrastructure is not in place to deal with the influx of people who will inhabit these homes. Surgeries full, school near to bursting, insufficient public transport leading to even more congested roads and let's not even mention the sewerage overload.

Before long we will have no countryside left We are in the process of moving house due to developers spoiling our outlook on the country side also the noise and light pollution caused by a new estate being built on green fields next to us

We've lost enough Grade 1 farm land around this area...no more. Where is all the food going to come from to feed all the incomers!

We need to tackle the existing problems we have for example lack of shops poor amenities and an abundance of litter. Before we start expanding bognor and adding to the issues.

Road infrastructure would not cope with the extra traffic. Where would the 'buyers' come from, enough new build in the area allready.

No more houses south of the A27, we will be locked in as you can't drive anywhere. Stop building and start removing people that shouldn't be here. That will solve the housing crisis.

There is also no thought given to the improvement of the infrastructure, roads, schools, doctors, dentists, amongst other things and the flooding issues that occur regularly.

Too many houses will effect the roadways and flooding, the area is not fit for purpose our roads are only country lanes which cause various holdups , building on flood plains will only cause floods, children will not get educated from the lack of schools is madness I say that they should think again.

We need this land for agriculture and to preserve wildlife and give space to enjoy nature.. Don't ruin this lovely area of Arun and create more houses and roads and polution

Many more new homes - but no extra GPs; hospital places; schools .... etc etc. Our farm land is rapidly disappearing impacting on our capacity for home grown food products - increasing our carbon footprint by having to import. A total loose loose situation.

Stop building on farm land. Houses are NOT needed here and less when we leave the EU. Bring back "Council Houses"
