The development of Croyde needs to stop. We do not have the infrastructure to cope with more. People live in Croyde and visit Croyde because of its beauty and quaintness, which is fast disappearing. It will be a ghost town out of season as no one can afford to buy the houses being built . STOP STOP STOP

Croyde is a home and it can’t be changed unto one big campsite

Don’t over develop in Croyde! It gets crazy busy as it is anyway, it doesn’t have the infrastructure to be able to cope with what they want to do to it. It will destroy this beautiful area! It’s such a special place for so many.

More houses, means more cars on the road, so not only does it affect Croyde, but the surrounding area too....please don't spoil Croyde anymore than it has been already.

The AONB is subject to Statutory Protection, this should not be ignored! Particularly in. a small village that is getting swallowed up by large developments that the infrastructure can't handle and is detrimental to the community and visitors.

Croyde is in danger of losing all its charm and character. It is already beyond capacity. What it needs is more support for a local year-round community, not further overdevelopment for short-term visitors. The roads are too narrow and facilities too stretched to cope with any further influx at peak times. Support small local independent businesses, not mass developers.

These houses, despite being well designed, are on a green field site that has never been built on, are outside the Croyde development boundary and do not serve any local or national need for this class of housing. In addition this development is absolutely not wanted by any resident or visitor to Croyde as it will further detract from what gives the area it's appealing character.

Affordable houses for locals is one thing. These houses very unnecessary

The area has already been ruined beyond recognition and the roads and facilities cannot sustain this development

This is not the solution to the housing crisis we are having here in North Devon. This is not acceptable and must be quashed immediately.

Please do not allow this to happen as it will affect Croyde and it’s surrounding area in a very negative way

We need a ‘no second homes’ policy for Croyde & Georgeham like Salcombe has just been granted. New homes for permanent residents only, at an affordable cost and in appropriate places!

This is not the right place to be building a development of the type proposed. Too much would be destroyed if it went ahead
