We do not have the infra structure to support the level of building that is a government requirement for this area The ONS, the body responsible for the stats the Government use has already admitted they can see "inconsistent data" in some populations. What a surprise when they include transient student populations in thier figures.

all future planning developements of large quantities of housing in Georgeham & Croyde needs to be scrapped. Our lanes and infrastructure cannot cope with any more tourists & second home ownership. The areas quoted are oversubscribed now. Our Services are oversubscribed. Local people have now been reduced to nothing! this was evident in lockdown. Our villages a ghost town. We have affordable housing already in our village. Our Parishes are being ruined by greed & overdevelopment. eventually we will just be a drive through town if more of this disgusting practice of building more houses carries on. The whole ethos of a rural english villages will die. These villages are a jewel in Englands Crown. Green & Pleasant lands! if we concrete over them why would tourist want to come anyway! cant planners see we are cooking the golden goose.

No!!!! We have too many holiday homes already, we need smaller homes for people to live in permanently. What is the point of a development boundary if developers are allowed to build outside it. It is there to protect our green spaces.

Development boundaries must mean something. They have been set in the North Devon and Torridge Local Plan and reinforced by the Neighbourhood Plan as part of the strategic framework protecting and guiding development opportunities in this parish. Developers please respect this and work with communities for a sustainable social, economic and environmental future for all.
