Please don’t spoil Croyde - it’s beauty is at threat. The developers are making a fast buck at the expense of the residents and holiday makers who love this place.

I agree with all of the above no more building on green space. Only redevelopment of existing properties on their existing footprint and height should be allowed

This quaint little village is already over run by development of large builders. Over the last 10 years or so its become unimaginably congested. With parkdean already having a extremely large site, attracting 1000s of tourists and spoiling the environment as it is, even more development would be ridiculous. On top of these issues there's the obvious affect on the wildlife and the general demeanour of the surrounding area. STOP THE DEVELOPMENT AND LEAVE IT ALONE
