Please STOP builing in Croyde Village. It is a Village and NOT a town that you are trying to make it into. It will not cope with extra traffic and commuters. You will spoil this beautiful place.

The vast majority of planning applications fail to acknowledge the need for affordable housing for local people and proposals on land designated as AONB should be totally resisted before the character of Devon is lost forever!

Lived in Croyde for nearly 25 years. Lots of locals and a lovely community. Now it’s second homes and a money blinkered village. No more building needed!

There are far too many houses being bought purely for the purpose of letting them. This beautiful area doesn’t need more housing. Stop building now.

This field was once marked as a community field to maybe play football on but never as a housing project. The village needs to stop building projects now. And take a breath.

Croyde/Braunton roads, facilities, car parks and catering can't cope with the existing influx of visitors let alone without building on an area of exceptional beauty.

Villages are becoming towns and towns are becoming sprawling metropolis without any thought to the infrastructure and whether the area can cope. Crime goes up and the area loses its heart and community. It’s too much

Our generation have done more damage in the last 30 years than any other generation. Multiply that in another 30 years and there will be no green fields left. STOP NOW before it's too late to turn back.
