This is a village and the schools and amenities, not to mention the roads can no longer cope with increase in houses.

All the roads around these sites are 7.5 ton weight restrictions or very narrow, totally unsuitable for large construction vehicles

There are not enough schools, doctor or dentist facilities as it is in Queensbury. The traffic situation is chaotic, the roads are ill repaired, there is very little parking and getting out of the side roads into main stream traffic is a nightmare which will only get worse if more houses are built.

Queensbury is no longer a village. Lived here all my life (59 years) and now full of strangers. We need more amenities before any new housing allowed to be built.

Just spend 20 minutes getting through Queensbury in my car on a Saturday morning. More houses = more traffic

Instead of Bradford council taking more money in council tax, from more potential residents in Queensbury, maybe it would be a good idea for them to build new services on the land instead? New schools, GP practice, Dentist. Oh and a properly manned police station, to stop the drug dealing! Also a petrol station! It's about time the council started investing in Queensbury, not taking! Just because the centre of Bradford is a conjested dump, don't try and make our peaceful, semi rural village the same!

I know people have to live somewhere, but they need the infrastructure - roads, schools, doctors surgeries etc - and that's not being upgraded. It needs to be managed more cleverly - not just digging up greenbelt land for hundreds of little boxes (which are all made out of ticky tacky)
NO MORE BUILDING ON GREEN BELT LAND IN QUEENSBURY
