Queensbury does not have adequate infrastructure to support further housing developments unless Bradford Council improves the sewerage and drainage systems, most of the drains on the main Halifax Road are blocked and never cleared. There are not enough GP Surgeries or schools to support the existing population of Queensbury never mind a further influx of families. These problems need to be addressed before any more housing developments are even considered never mind approved!

Queensbury cannot cope with anymore housing estates,we do not have the facilities - 3 weeks to get a doctor's app is proof of that-Bradford council should build on brownfield land,but there again they are not bothered about Queensbury - shame on them-

I appreciate more houses need to be built but this potential development is far too much! There would be no countryside left for residents to access, and schools and infrastructure would collapse - they are already under considerable strain even now. Please build on brownfield land not greenbelt.

Queensbury is already being struggling to support the influx of housing estates which have been developed in the area in recent years. Our schools are not equipped to support the high volume of additional children, nor do our doctor's surgeries have the manpower to support more people. Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get an audience with the Pope! The volume of traffic through the village is already a nightmare as the crossroads in Queensbury is central to traffic travelling to Bradford, Halifax, Brighouse, Huddersfield and Keighley. At peak times there are queues in every direction for miles. Queensbury seems to be a target for a building free for all and now there is little building land left it is both absurd and detrimental to the community to allow building on our green belt land. Queensbury is a place of beauty not a building plot.

There is insufficient infrastructure for more homes in Queensbury. Schools, doctors, dentist and traffic are all overburdened.

I have a lovely view of the valley and great privacy within my back garden and I do not want this jeopardised when I am buying my house

To many houses for the infrastructure not enough school places for local children street are already at breaking point and were never designed for so many houses.

When I moved up here 37 years ago the people of Queensbury was trying to get the council to build a new school they said there was no land ?.
The builders should be made to use the brown field sites .

I've lived in Queensbury most of my life and even though I have had to move out I still think of it as home stop building the schools are full and there is enough traffic on the roads. If you want to build anything build a petrol station !
