The amazing green space that offer so much happiness, exersise and quality of life to not just the brickell key residents but all residents in the close vicinity. There is enough residential towers that people cannot afford. there is no reason so build such a huge building and take away a huge attraction in the community.

Traffic of people, cars is already heavy, how can we imagine a building of such a magnitude at the island. New development is great but there should be within certain criteria and having in mind the well being of current residents and neighbors of the area.

I am deeply concerned with the possibility of additional high rises in Brickell, and specially on Brickell Key. With the additional projects already under construction, and without additional ways for traffic to flow in or out of the Brickell area, this additional tower will make it near impossible to get in or out of the island.
If you want to build all these massive tall buildings in the Brickell area, then find ways to build additional tunnels, bridges, or street lanes to move all the additional traffic. The current street size seemed appropriate for a city density 50% of what it is today, let alone any additional density…
