Also the the AC Blowers noise level. When I walk around the island, the Austinmartin building on the north side of the bridge had loud AC BLOWERS=Noise POLUTION

We need to assure that the new construction in the Brickell Key island won’t affect the access and traffic to our neighborhood. Please help us to implement all countermeasures to avoid a caos in the future.

The proposed new construction needs to be thoroughly vetted. Brickell Key is already a congested island with lots of people on the walking paths along the perimeter of the island. In addition, there are major traffic hazards on the eastern end of the bridge near the Mandarin Oriental. Getting off of the island is already time consuming given the traffic congestion in and around the downtown Brickell area. These issues must be addressed and plans must be put in place before any further construction is contemplated.
