STOP Brickell Key South Lawn Construction Plans

Brickell Key needs the Park.

We need some fresh air space on the island . With his comstruction we are eliminating all that & also reducing the permeability areas to drain off excess water & increase chances of flooding.

We would not want any buildings to be built

Already this island is overcrowded,New construction would be a disaster.

We need space for our families

We’ll make an idyllic island more crowded more traffic!!!!!

The island cannot handle the congestion- as it is now. It will be a nightmare

What about the traffic and construction that will occur? The size of the residential tower, way too tall and too man apartments

Brickell Key can’t safely handle the traffic this over the top of development will cause. Lack of proper oversight.

The island is at full capacity already with residents and visitors , there is no infrastructure in place to accommodate the in and out on the bridge to the island ! The new additions to the commerce center will also bring in business and office employees onto the island . We need the green space. Otherwise we will turn into a concrete jungle !

We moved here for the beauty and tranquility You are ruining the the island

Island entrance can not support that many new residents

Brickell Key will be so congested with traffic and people, it will lose the unique value it has, as a small oasis in the city.
