They should consider other access routes to the island, with only one bridge it would not be enough

I live in Brickell Key and I am sure the quality of life will be affected a lot due to this.

Brickell Key is the only little place left in Brickell and Downtown Miami that still maintains a sense of community peace and serenity. The Mandarin is a beautiful hotel that offers great amenities and dining options . This new proposed project will just create traffic problems chaos, and will totally disrupt the way we live on the key. There will be practically no green space left on the island. It will cause more flooding problems and it’s just not acceptable. Build your project somewhere else.

I do not approve of the construction on this small island

if they are allowed to build, it should be required to have a cap on the height, amount of units and also keeps some "green space" that is available to all residents of the island.
